English: General Provisions

1. Gespielt wird nach den Regeln der PFA-Wettspielordnung: Lien
2. Aktuell USAP zugelassene Paddles sind erlaubt: Lien sowie aktuell zugelassene UPA Paddles sind erlaubt: Lien
3. Die Spiele können auf 1 oder 2 Gewinnsätze (Games) angesetzt werden. 
4. Gruppenspiele sind der bevorzugte Modus 
5. Seitenwechsel nach jedem Satz bei mehr als 1 Gewinnsatz. Im letzten Satz oder bei Spielen auf 1 Gewinnsatz, Seitenwechsel sobald 1 Team 6 bzw. 8 Punkte (Satz auf 11 bzw. 15) erreicht hat. 
6. 1 Timeout pro Team und Satz.
7. Gelbe Bekleidung ist aufgrund der Ballfarbe untersagt.
8. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen aus allen Ländern. 
9. Bei Abgabe der Nennung ohne Doppel-Partner:in kann eine Teilnahme nicht garantiert werden.
10. Spieler:innen müssen sich am Turniertag bei der Turnierleitung melden. 
11. Spieler:innen, die 10 Minuten nach Spielbeginn nicht spielbereit sind, werden in dieser Runde w.o. geschrieben, können aber in der nächsten Runde (sofern eine angesetzt ist) antreten.
12. Der Veranstalter, die PFA sowie der austragende Verein bzw. die Sportanlage oder Veranstalter übernehmen keine wie immer geartete Haftung. 
13. Die Veranstalterin (PFA) kann diese Ausschreibung ändern, falls besondere Gründe gegen den reibungslosen Ablauf des Turniers vorliegen. 
14. Mit der Anmeldung zur Veranstaltung stimme ich einer allfälligen Herstellung sowie der Weiterverwendung der von mir bei der Veranstaltung hergestellten Medien (Bild, Video, Ton, etc.) durch die Veranstalter:innen bzw. deren Beauftragte zu. 
15. Rückerstattungen bei Absage durch Spieler:innen können bis zum 1.11.2026 um 12:00 Mittags per E-Mail erfolgen. Danach sind keine Rückerstattungen möglich.
16. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam oder undurchführbar sein, werden die übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon nicht berührt. Anstelle der unwirksamen Bestimmung gilt diejenige wirksame und durchführbare Bestimmung als vereinbart, die dem mit der unwirksamen oder undurchführbaren Bestimmung verfolgten Zweck am nächsten kommt.

German: Allgemeine Bestimmungen

1. The game is played according to the rules of the PFA rules of competition „PFA Wettspielordnung“: Lien
2. Only paddles currently approved by USAP: Lien or UPA: Lien are permitted.
3. Matches can be scheduled for one or two winning games.
4. Group matches are the preferred format
5. Change of sides as soon as 1 team has achieved more than half the points necessary to win the match, or after the end of the set if there is more than 1 winning set. 3rd set change of sides as soon as 1 team has reached 6 points.
6. 1 time out per team and set
7. Clothing in yellow are prohibited because of the colour of the balls.
8. People from all countries are eligible to participate.
9. If you submit your entry without a double partner, participation cannot be guaranteed.
10. Players must report to the tournament board on the day of the tournament.
11. Players who are not ready to play 10 minutes after the start of the game will w.o., but can compete in the next round (if one is scheduled).
12. The organiser, the PFA and the hosting club or organiser accept no liability of any kind.
13. The organisers can change this announcement in coordination with the PFA if there are special reasons for the smooth running of the tournament.
14. By registering for the event, I agree to any production and the further use of the media (image, video, sound, etc.) of myself produced at the event by the organizers or their agents.
15. Refunds for player cancellations can be requested via email until November 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon). After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
16. Should individual provisions be ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to have been agreed.
