(Note: Categories are limited to max. 12 teams/players per category on a first-come, first-served basis. Categories may be combined or canceled if there are fewer than 6 participants registered.)

Amateur (DUPR < 3.599): Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles,Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Open (Prize Money): Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles,Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Friday (Singles Day): Start at 13:00

Saturday (Gender Doubles Day): Men's Doubles at 09:00 | Women's Doubles at 13:00

Sunday (Mixed & Open Finals Day): Mixed Doubles at 09:00 | Open Finals starting at 13:00

In the amateur competitions (DUPR < 3.599), the finals are played on the same day as the respective competition. The finals of all Open categories will be played on Sunday afternoon. (Note: The detailed match schedule will be published after the registration deadline).

Entry Fees

Amateur (DUPR < 3.599): €25 per player per category

Open: €45 per player per category

Included in the entry fee:

• Court fees & match balls
• 3-match guarantee per category
• Medals for the top 3 in each category

Registration & Refund Policy

Registration Deadline: September 4, 2026 at 23:59 CET

Player Cancellations: 100% refund for cancellations before September 4, 2026 at 23:59 CET. No refunds for player withdrawals after this date.

DUPR &Eligibility Rules

To register for one of the amateur competitions, you must have a DUPR < 3.5 or not yet have an official DUPR rating in this category. Entries not meeting eligibility

requirements may be removed. Tournament organizers reserve the right to move players or teams into the appropriate division where required.

Regulations, Accounts & Code of Conduct

RAQT Profile: All players must ensure their RAQT profile includes a correct date of birth, gender, and a linked DUPR account. Incomplete profiles may result in removal.

Match Format: Matches can be scheduled for one or two winning sets. Group stage is the preferred format.

Side Switch: Change of sides as soon as one team reaches more than half the points required to win the set (or after each set in multi-set matches). In a deciding 3rd set, sides are switched as soon as one team reaches 6 points.

Timeouts: One 60-second timeout per team per set.

Clothing Rule: Yellow clothing is strictly prohibited due to the color of the tournament balls.

Eligibility: Players from all countries are eligible to participate.

Unpaired Players: If you register without a doubles partner, participation cannot be guaranteed.

Check-In: Players must report to the tournament desk at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.

Walkovers (W.O.): Players not ready to play 10 minutes after their match is called will forfeit the match (W.O.), but may still compete in subsequent rounds if scheduled.

Liability & Media Waiver: The organizer and hosting club accept no liability of any kind. By registering, you agree to the capture and usage of event media (images, video, audio) by the organizers.

Severability Clause: Should individual provisions be ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Prizes & Prize Money

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded in all categories.

For the Open categories, there is a total prize pool of €6,000, distributed as follows:

• 1st place Singles: €500
• 2nd place Singles: €250
• 3rd place Singles: €150
• 1st place Doubles: €750 (per team)
• 2nd place Doubles: €400 (per team)
• 3rd place Doubles: €250 (per team)

Please note: A minimum of 6 players/teams per category is required to guarantee the full prize money. If fewer than 6 entries are registered in a category, the organizers reserve the right to either reduce the prize money proportionally (pro-rata) or cancel the category with a full refund of registration fees.
