• Friendly tournament against players from pickleball Rota on Saturday. Paella included for lunch.
• Guided tapas trip around Rota and a special countryside guided walk.
• Gala Dinner in Rota on the saturday. To be confirmed the place.

SCHEDULE

SUNDAY  17TH : Pick up at the airport at 16:10

-       It Will be free to play at the courts in the afternoon at the official venue of pickleball Rota at the hotel playa. You Will have some hours from 17:00-19:00

-       Meeting at our official venue at 19:00.

-       We will give the official T-SHIRT of the trip.

MONDAY  18TH:

-       Group A coaching session, 8:30-10:30.

-       Group B coaching session, 10:30-12:30.

-       Lunch together at 13:00, not included. Optional for the people to join the tapas tour.  

-       Dinner together, another tapas place. Not included.

TUESDAY 19TH:

-       Group A coaching session, 8:30-10:30.

-       Group B coaching session, 10:30-12:30.

-       Lunch together at 13:00,not included. Optional for the people to join the tapas tour. 

-       Matches both groups with different games, 16:00-18:00.

-       Dinner together, another tapas place. Not included.

WEDNESDAY 20TH:

-       Group A coaching session, 8:30-10:30.

-       Group B coaching session, 10:30-12:30.

-       Lunch together at 13:00, not included. Optional for the people to join the tapas tour. 

-       Dinner together, another tapas place. Not included.

THURSDAY 21TH:.

-       Group A coaching session, 8:30-10:30.

-       Group B coaching session, 10:30-12:30.

-       Lunch together at 13:00, included. Optional for the people to join the tapas tour. 

-       Matches both groups, 16:00-18:00. *OPTIONAL

-       Dinner together, another tapas place. Not included.

FRIDAY  22TH:

-       Visit the natural park in Rota, and a walk through the beach to get to a secret tapas place.

-       Group A coaching session, 17:00-19:00.

-       Group B coaching session, 19:-21:00.

SATURDAY 23TH:

-       Small tournament against players from pickleball Rota.

-       Paella for lunch.

-       Gala dinner.

SUNDAY 24TH:

- Way back to the airport. Leaving at 9:30 from the Hotel playa.

MORE DETAILS

*Not included lunches and  dinners,  we will go for tapas everyday and visit places for tasting the local food and other towns nearby if possible

*The registration will start the 13rd of October and it will be through RAQT app, it will start with a deposit of 400€. Second payment will be the 1st of January.

*There will be the option of paying the whole trip at once and you can save 30€.

*On sunday 24th you Will choose the different options we have for the menú for the gala dinner.

*If any of you need a massage, it costs 40€. During the tournament we will have a physio available.  Physio also available in case of serious injury.

*If anything happen, we Will be attending to Rota city hospital.

SINGLE ROOM (Price per Person): 1150€

DOUBLE ROOM (Price per Person): 950€

First payment: 400€ from 13rd of October, to book your spot.

Second payment: From 1st of January. (the rest amount of money) Registration starts the 13rd of October for booking your spot and it will last until 7th of January or until we got all the spots covered.

In case of cancellation, this must be made before 20th of December. Will be returned the whole fee but the % of the APP.
