⚠ All players must arrive at least 30 minutes before their first match. / Tous les joueurs doivent être presents au moins 30 min avant leur premier match
⚠ Players may only enter one event per day to avoid match clashes. / Les joueurs ne peuvent jouer qu’une seule catégorie par jour (âge et niveaux)
• Entry Fees / Prix d’inscription:
- Registration (including 1 division) = 25€ / Inscription (comprenant 1 division) = 25€
- Additional division fee = 10€ / Prix des divisions supplémentaires = 10€
(ex : singles + Double men + Double mixtes = 45€)
- Fun & Friendly tournament on Friday = 5€/person / Tournoi F&F du vendredi = 5€/pers
- Under 18 years = 50% / les moins de 18 ans paient la moitié du prix
- Registration fees are non-refundable / Les frais d'inscription ne sont pas remboursables.
- Event entry fees are fully refundable if withdrawn on or before 18th October 2025 / Les frais d'inscription à l'événement sont entièrement remboursables en cas de désistement au plus tard le 18 octobre 2025.
- No refunds will be issued after this date / Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué après cette date
- In the unlikely event that the tournament is cancelled or rescheduled, 90% of all fees will be refunded / Dans le cas peu probable où le tournoi serait annulé ou reporté, 90 % des frais seront remboursés.

•Tournament Format / Format du tournoi :
• Group Stage: Round Robin (games to 11, win by 2, golden point at 14-14 / 1 Time Out) / Phase de groupe = round robin (match jusque 11 pts, deux points d’écarts, point en or à 14-14, 1 temps-morts (TM) )
• Elimination Phase: (if applicable) / Phase à elimination (si d’application) =
- Quarter-finals & semi-finals: to 15, golden point at 14-14, 1 TO / ¼ de finale et ½ finales= jusque 15, point en or à 14-14, 1 TM
- Finals: Best of 3 sets of 11 pts, golden point à 10-10, 1 TO / Finales = 2 sets gagnants jusque 11, point en or à 10-10 et 1 TM.
Organisers reserve the right to adjust brackets to allow maximum participation. / le directeur du tournoi se réserve le droit d’ajuster les groups en fonction du nombre d’inscrits.
+ (Only for Belgian players affiliated TPPWB or Tennis Vlanderen) :
For the Wallonia-Brussels Tour by Cornet, all singles, gender doubles, and mixed doubles categories will count towards the Tour, provided there are at least 5 players/pairs registered in that category. With fewer registrations, the group could still be played, but it would not count towards the Tour.
